Notting hill carnival 2010 will be held from August 27 to August 30 and the scene would definitely be erratic. The carnival is known to bring together everyone to come out and enjoy without worrying about anything. The aromatic and lip smacking Caribbean food fills in more energy in thousands of dancing revelers. The carefully decorated floats add the right hues to this multicultural event.

The Notting Hill carnival begins with the thundering Steel Band competition on Saturday and this is made even louder by the hundreds of static sound systems that line up the streets. Sunday is the kiddies’ day and presents the perfect opportunity for the West Indian community to show the talent and culture of their young performers. The main parade takes place on Monday, which is also the Bank Holiday and thus attracts massive crowds. Notting Hill carnival is all about celebrating as one, beyond boundaries and to party as if there is no tomorrow. So come together and see for yourself how wild everything turns out to be when Caribbean flavor blends with the English tradition.
