Cayman Carnival – 25th April to 1st May

Cayman carnival is an annual festival or event that takes place mostly in the middle of April month or sometimes in the beginning of May. The name is given as it occurs on the Cayman Islands. This carnival is also renowned by the name “Batabano” which is also a name of one club on this island. This is the complete excitement that goes on an on for almost one week.
In this carnival, people across the world get the opportunity to explore their qualities, talents, vision, imaginativeness and are also dressed in a beautiful manner. There being alien supper, live dance band orchestra and music along with some rocking and hot music that offer revelers all the possible reasons to enjoy, parties and jumping those who are promenading on the streets.
On the very next Saturday of this carnival on the Cayman Island, sequel of this celebration continues on another island “Brachanal Island” which is popularly known across the world as the sister of Cayman Island.
During this event, streets are crowded with visitors across the world and are so colorfully dressed that appears as if spectrum of different colors is moving. The energy throughout the carnival remains thrilling.
This carnival proffers the visitors with number of competitive events like exploration of arts and crafting skills, indoor and outdoor events, dramatic events along with some dance and music, singing competition and also some artistic exhibition.
