Carnaval 2010- World Carnival Dates, Schedules and Information

Miami Carnival is hosted by Miami committee which is presenting its 3rd Annual Carnival which is going to takes place between 6th to 10th October at Sun life stadium This festival is accompanied by many events along with band which has increase the crowds. This carnival is going to be start with parade in which maximum visitors have taken part to enjoy the costumes which are worn by many people along with many live concerts of dance shows along with magic and acts shows.

Along with those events it also includes Caribbean act which is featuring the culture of them along with the other things like delicious food and drinks. As this festival is starting with street parade it will include 20masquerade bands along with the Steel band who is an important part in the carnival and get maximum attraction from people. Apart from this, event also includes competitions which will be between king and queen.

Visitors also enjoy health fairs along with music truck. They have been also enjoying the food and drinks of Caribbean culture with arts and crafts shops from where they can get different things for home. Visitors also get chance to see business expo along with many live concert shows.

The annual Miami Broward One carnival will be held on 10. 10. 2010 in Miami Gardens in Florida at the Sun Life Stadium. About over 100000 people from all over the US, Europe and the Caribbean attend the carnival. Miami carnival plays an important role in the tourism and economy of Florida.

The main attractions of the Miami Carnival are creativity, partying, pulsating music and colorful costumes. The carnival is an expression of the Caribbean community’s diversity. People from all age groups and races enjoy and come together, shedding their inhibitions and celebrating together. Miami carnival is a great Caribbean cultural experience displaying spectacular colors, pomp and fantasy. There are great costumes and calypso, steel bands and music – soca and konpa.

On October 3, Junior Carnival will be held. There will be a Parade of Bands along with King and Queens and Hip-Hop dancers and Reggae. There will be DJs and Live Band. On October 6, there will be Welcome party. On October 7, there will be Carnival Blast Off, Nice Party and Soca. On October 8, there will be parties. On October 9, there will be Soca and Fete. On October 10, there will be a Parade of the Bands along with Stage show. Some other events will be held on 11 and 12 October.

Carnival is perhaps the best way to enjoy the thumping music, the great food and the lovely costumes all together, at one place. Nothing can compare to the fun and frolic at the carnival. With the Miami Broward one carnival 2k9 around the corner, the party spirit will win everything over for the next few days. With dozens of beach parties and millions of visitors no one will be sleeping in Miami for quite some time.

The kids will lead the way and give a taste of the true Caribbean spirit on October 4th at the Miramar Regional Park. The junior parade will see thousands of kids dressed up in the amiable costumes dancing on the tunes of the music from the favorite DJs and the spectacular junior mas bands.

With the main parade scheduled for 11th October, the grownups will carry the party spirit ahead with their elaborately designed costumes and the grooving soca music. The parade at the Bicentennial Park will see millions of visitors and locals soaking themselves in the true Caribbean spirit. The party will continue all day long.

A display of arts and crafts will help in further giving a glimpse of the rich culture of the Caribbean islands. The carnival like each year will bring millions together, to dance with the rich music and satisfy their taste buds with the great Caribbean platters.

Theater of Performing Arts at the Florida Memorial University will see intelligent and confident young ladies in the age group of 17-25 contesting for this coveted title. The winners will be representing their communities and will aid in spreading the cultural values. This pageant is a part of the Miami Broward One festival 2009.

Miami carnival is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. The launch of the festivity was unveiled at Mahi temple on August 22nd, the vibrant costumes, the powerful calypso and soca band performances here just provided a glimpse into what this colorful affair promises to showcase on October 11th this year.

The Miss Miami Carnival Pageant provides a platform to young women to come up and showcase their talents and put up their views. This event is managed by a non- profit organization which inspires young women to strengthen their values and let the world know their achievements.

The winners get to work for their Caribbean community and help the people understand the rich American and Caribbean cultures in their community.

The winners of this Miss Miami carnival pageant will be awarded scholarships, cash prizes besides airline tickets. The grand show will kick off at 6 PM in the evening and will have many entertaining and blasting performances. The pageant event hosted by Mike Andrews will have blasting music by DJ Maestro. The event will have special performances by NSM Dancers of Bollywood, Steel Pan Music and Steve Higgins.

A part from the ticket sale will be contributed to the Selman Lewis Scholarship Fund.

This is just the beginning of the multi-hued show that is all-set to entertain millions.
