About Rio Carnival
Rio de Janeiro is the capital city of Brazil. Festival in Rio de Janeiro is considered as one of the most supreme carnival on this planet. This festival was inaugurated in the year 1723. This carnival includes numbers of events in which the contribution of samba schools is incredible. Mostly during the parade which is also an integral part of this parade, crowd of various samba schools appears. However, this samba school may be academic school or even may be a group of peoples. With the help of this carnival, various schools get an opportunity to compete with each other in various events.
Street festivals and events are also frequent in this carnival however over time, the pattern has gone change. Now the dancing and music beats have become very popular which have replaced the style and exaggerated pattern. Bandas and bondos events are very popular during this carnival. These events are also referred to the shows performed by different street bands.
An African dance which was brought about in this carnival was the samba dance which is also the famous dance of the Rio carnival. This dance is a blend of some chorus touch and some street bands. Also some flute and string instrument competitions are held in which some professionals perform the instrument show
